For Russia, this is a huge blow to its image as an arms supplier, and the contract for the supply of Russian S-400s for India has turned into a suitcase without a handle, which is a shame to throw away and is no longer advisable to carry on. On July 15, 2024, we started the BaumankaLeaks series of posts based on data from the email hacks of high-ranking Russian officers. In the first part, interesting data, lists and documents with a restricted access seal of the Military Training Center (MTC) as part of Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MDTU) were disclosed, which related to air defense and anti-missile defense systems. We also published lists of officers covering the sky over Moscow. The information was obtained by Ukrainian hackers of the ” Cyber Resistance ” group and provided for analysis and publication to volunteers of the international intelligence community InformNapalm. In the first part, there was also an announcement about the publication of the “contract of the century” between the Russian Federation and India for the supply of the S-400.
Coincidentally, also on July 15, the day of the publication of the first part of BaumankaLeaks, the Indian Foreign Ministry summoned the Ukrainian ambassador due to the words of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, who condemned the meeting of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin against the background of the attack on the children’s hospital. These unfriendly actions of Indian diplomats have convinced us of the need to publish data on Russian-Indian arms contracts in almost their entirety. After all, if for the Prime Minister of India the cynical and purposeful terrorist missile attack by the Russian Federation on a children’s hospital in Kyiv is not a reason to cancel a meeting with a Russian war criminal (for whom there is an arrest warrant of the International Criminal Court in The Hague), then why should we protect Russian-Indian secrets? That is why today we are presenting a detailed list of the equipment under the contract for the supply of Russian S-400 systems to India, although we previously planned to limit ourselves to a shortened version of the document without detailing the equipment and ammunition, which is sensitive information. At the same time, we will refrain from publishing even more sensitive information, which concerns the personal data of a narrow circle of Indian military specialists, which also appeared at the disposal of Ukrainian hackers after the hacking of Russian officers from the Baumanka VNC.
