Footage of the shaking that the flight’s passengers had to endure appeared on social media.
A Boeing 777 aircraft flying from London to Singapore encountered severe turbulence in the skies over Asia and made an emergency landing at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, Thailand.
The flight had 211 passengers and 18 crew members on board, the airline said in a statement.
