A war criminal has been identified who participated in the unprovoked and groundless war of Russia against Ukraine as part of the ROV. During the hostilities , he was involved in the search and evacuation of downed military aircraft crews on the territory of Ukraine, for which he was awarded the Star of the Hero of the Russian Federation. Presumably , he worked as part of the 62632nd HF (92nd instructor-research helicopter squadron of special purpose) . Subsequently, he was the commander of the 344th Center for Combat Use and Retraining of Army Aviation
