How long ago did you start your activity?
RDPS
It was as a movement that we began to act in January 2023. Most of our activists, in one way or another, have been participating in anti-war and anti-Kremlin activities for more than a year.

What led you to think that it is time to start acting in this way?
RDPS
During the years of Putin’s occupation, the system has shown that it is not afraid of peaceful protests. Moreover, the pseudo-oppositionists, who are financed by the Kremlin, are actively promoting the thesis of peaceful protest. Like, this is the only way. Such statements are exactly what the ruling Chekist gang needs. We do not claim that the entire liberal opposition is under the supervision of the Kremlin, but their approach to the protests does not cause any damage to the authorities.

How do you feel about liberals like Khodorkovsky, Ilya Ponamorev and other opposition who believe that the Russian Federation should be undivided?
RDPS
Khodorkovsky, like Ponomarev, is at first glance opposition figures, but in fact they are part of the Russian political establishment. This is the so-called systemic opposition. They fall under lustration, like all other persons who have been at the feeder since the collapse of the scoop. This feeder itself, as well as the system must be destroyed. On the other hand, we do not support the political persecution organized by the current government. Therefore, we stand for the release of all political prisoners of the Putin regime, regardless of their ideology.

What feelings did you experience during the first action? Have they changed in the future?
RDPS
Each action of direct action evokes all the same emotions as the first. This is a clear realization that the bets are made and there is no turning back. Any mistake can have a very high price.

What surprised you during the period of activity?
RDPS
Dexterity and ingenuity of activists. Sometimes, when planning an action, it is impossible to foresee absolutely all factors. When guerrillas go on a rally and something happens that was not foreseen by the plan, it is better to postpone the event immediately. But there were cases when the fighters took the initiative, showed cunning and, due to this, successfully completed the task.

What do you like most about your work?
RDPS
The realization that we, like other partisans, are participating in a real civilizational war. And the fact that we have chosen the right side in this war.

Who inspires you?
RDPS
We are inspired by the hundreds and thousands of partisans who simultaneously began to strike at Putin’s military machine. The Kremlin did not expect to receive such resistance in its rear. I am glad that there are more underground movements every month.

Which of the partisan movements and examples of their activities did you like the most?
RDPS
I will note the BOAC, the Black Bridge, the Stop the Wagons initiative. They are always heard. The scope of the Legion of Freedom is very impressive. In general, all underground workers, regardless of organization, are admired.

What steps or advice would you offer to people who are hesitant about taking action?
RDPS
Those who doubt now may doubt for the rest of their lives. The revolution will surely win, and the Putin regime will fall. It can’t be otherwise, that’s how history works. And then a lot of people will come out and say that they wanted to help, but they were afraid, they doubted. But that won’t matter anymore. A revolution always shows who is who.

What is the best way to define your ideological position?

First of all, anti-imperialism.

What questions are critical for you in your views on the post-rf?
RDPS
1. Complete lustration and reboot of the authorities and law enforcement agencies
2. Abbreviations of legislative and executive authorities, as well as law enforcement agencies.
3. Release of all political prisoners.
4. Withdrawal from all territories occupied by the Russian army since 1991.
5. Holding a referendum on the independence of those peoples whose lands are located on the territory of the current Russian Federation.

What is your attitude to the separatist movements of the Russian Federation?
RDPS
Absolutely positive. The imperial policy of the Kremlin has led to the fact that most of the Russian population lives below the poverty line. At the same time, the state spends incredible funds on aggressive wars, on the construction of these Potemkin villages. Take the same Crimea. This is a fully subsidized region, which is financed from the state budget. Did the inhabitants of Murmansk feel an improvement in life after Crimea became “ours”? And the inhabitants of Tyumen or Voronezh? The answer is obvious.
Immediately after the fall of the Kremlin, all autochthonous peoples whose lands are located on the territory of the modern Russian Federation should receive the right to self-identification and independence.

What if Siberia, Kuban want independence?
RDPS
Siberia, Kuban, Don, Ingria, Chuvashia, Keningsberg, Buryatia, Ichkeria – all these regions, like many others, have the right to self-identification and independence. We are confident that without the “ruling hand of the Kremlin”, these states will be able to build good-neighbourly relations with each other and with European countries and implement a successful economic model of relations.

Whether people of your views are really represented in your asset. If you can name what?
RDPS
Among our supporters there are representatives of anarchist, socialist, libertarian, liberal views. This is what I can now recall from our asset. At the same time, all these people absolutely calmly find a common language, since we have one goal – the overthrow of the bloody imperial regime of Chekist Putin.

What is your attitude towards ultra-right radicals or Islamic radicals?
RDPS
We are open to cooperation with all movements that are fighting for their rights to be free from the totalitarian regime.

How do you feel about the Russian Volunteer Corps?
RDPS
As far as we know, the backbone of the RDC is made up of emigrants who left Russia for a number of reasons, including political persecution.
The situation is similar for many RDPS sympathizers – people were forced to leave their country, but this does not mean that they are not ready to fight for freedom. Accordingly, the attitude towards such movements is positive.

What are your tactical and strategic goals?
RDPS
We chose the path of sabotage. Attacks on infrastructure, logistics, military facilities cause a feeling of fear among the security officers in the Kremlin. Fear makes them make mistakes. And the mistakes of the regime are followed by new partisan strikes.
We are well aware that this regime will not go away on its own. Therefore, our main goal is to inflict as many pinpoint painful blows on the Kremlin system as possible.

What moral limits does your right of power have?
RDPS
We try to be different from the Kremlin terrorists and use methods that should not lead to civilian casualties. Our enemies are representatives of the power system, Chekists, professional propagandists. In relation to them, we have no moral restrictions.

What is your advice to novice partisans?
RDPS
The parting word is simple – do not hesitate and never compromise with your conscience. Most importantly, never neglect your own safety. The enemy is strong, has an almost unlimited resource. We must be smarter, smarter and stronger. And victory will be ours
