Blocking the Telegram social network is currently excluded in Russia – Roskomnadzor
This was stated in the department in connection with the information about the restriction of access to the Telegram resource.
Only the short link service t.me is included in the register of prohibited information under Article 15.3 of the Law “On Information”, which regulates the restriction of access to data containing calls for riots and unauthorized actions, extremism, as well as fakes.
