Reports are coming from Iran that today the lead ship from the Shahid Soleimani-class missile catamaran series currently under construction has been officially accepted into the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy.

The Shahid Soleimani ship has provided a 65-meter catamaran, two hulls, more width and more lift for the ship. Catamarans have more capacity compared to vessels of the same class with conventional hulls, which means that the designers of the Shahid Soleimani ship have more freedom to arm the ship.

In the front part of the ship, two holes can be seen on the body, which have two possibilities. The first is to provide air for the ship’s engine. (The ship’s engine is a water jet type) The second is related to the torpedo tube.

In the higher part on the deck, two relatively large sections can be seen, this section can accommodate different balls if needed, but we don’t know about the bottom, so we can’t say for a Gatling ball like Asafah or a larger one like a lasso, or for lighter 23 balls. M.M. should be single-layer and double-layer. In the worst case scenario, which is really a blessing in disguise, this section can be dedicated to heavy shooting!!

Again, we go to the rear part, in front of the command bridge, as we can see, the position of the cannon can be seen, considering the placement of Asafeh in the Shahid Nazeri ship in this section, probably if the point defense weapons are not placed elsewhere (I mentioned in the previous paragraph), this section will be Defense is assigned a point. Of course, considering the size of the 57mm cannon, which is found in abundance in the Corps, it is possible to place this cannon in this section.

And further back, on the command bridge, there is a radar turret and…

Behind the command bridge, two corridors can be seen, perhaps the most controversial part of the ship is these two parts, these corridors are located almost in the highest part of the structure (except for the mast), their dimensions are 3.3 meters by 3.3 meters, and they are also deep. It is probably more than 7 meters, the use of these corridors is not known, and the satellite images have not shown anything until today (the ship is not yet completed), which can strengthen or reject the one or two possibilities that I am saying, the first possibility is that it is the place of weapons, which will be discussed later. I mention it, the second possibility is that they are the air supply columns of the ship’s engine

Behind it, there is an empty space, which is the best place to install Chaf and Flare missiles. Below and next to it, two other corridors can be seen that continue to the bottom of the helicopter pad. These corridors will probably host various missile combinations. We will get to it again….

Then there is the pad and an empty space under the pad, which will probably be reserved for rockets, mines and light torpedo tubes, the pad can accommodate more than Bell 206 due to its unlikely dimensions, of course, the ability to launch UAVs. There will definitely be suicide and identification
