The missile armament of the Shahid Soleimani-type IRGC Navy catamarans consists of six cruise missiles placed in inclined launchers on the sides of the vessel, as well as 16 (4 by 4) cells vertical launch for short-range anti-aircraft missiles and 6 vertical launch cells (2 by 3) for medium-range anti-aircraft missiles, located in the central part of the superstructure behind the wheelhouse.
Artillery armament seems to consist of an artillery mount with one 30mm cannon and 4x 20mm cannons.
In addition, two missile boats have been accepted into the IRGC Navy. The Shahid Dara (P313 6) is an old Tondal-class missile boat after refurbishment and modernization, while Shahid Rouhi (P313 11) is a low-cost new type missile boat.
Returning to the vertical launch cells on the missile catamaran of the IRGC “Shahid Soleimani”. In the first frames, when they were not shown in close-up, it seemed to me that there were 6 vertical launch cells for medium-range anti-aircraft missiles and 16 for short-range anti-aircraft missiles in four blocks, but it looks like the four blocks on the sides of reality turned out to be very large cells.
